That makes sense, though it's actually BurAve, not BugAve    Added the point.

Also, in LA-1027, would recommend the following change:
End -> BugAve_E

It looks like it actually ends at the Walker city limits, so I changed End to WalLim.  I didn't add an alternate label, because I was the only one using the point.
