IN: some more new US-31 exit numbers

MayRd -> -- Exit numbers have been posted for it as of Jun '25, however, GSV for this year ends right there & a tree branch blocks the only sign that has a number that's currently shown.  Maybe soon the rest of the Jun '25 imagery to the exit will be posted showing the number.
US20_W -> 254 -- only for US-31 here.  No new numbers yet posted for US-20's approaches for that interchange, so it shouldn't be adjusted yet for that route.

Also recommend a point @ Worthsville Rd between 'MadAve' & 'WhiRd' due to connecting over to I-65 Exit 97.

Changes made in my local copy. This says it's exit 75, and since the other numbers nearby match up, I went ahead and made it 75(20) and added it to US 20's file.

75 now confirmed.  They uploaded the rest of the GSV in that section.

Will do some more spot checking to see if anymore have been posted.

EDIT:
Only other new imagery is at the eastern end of the US-20 bypass.  No exit numbers posted at those exits.
