QC: A-35 finally open to Saint-Armand

Only took sixty years. Doesn't seem like there's much fanfare, considering the only things I see about it online are from local news.

Thanks!

I'm curious whether

-- there is a FIN (end) southbound A-35 sign at the new A-35/QC 133 interchange in Saint-Armand

-- the sortie (exit) number for that interchange is 5, as OSM indicates (official YouTube video confirms)

-- there is A-35 signage on QC 133 between that interchange and the U.S. border, or other indication that A-35 now extends to the border even though the project to upgrade that segment has been canceled/indefinitely postponed, since A- routes in Quebec don't have to be freeway-grade. (MTQ's online mapping has been updated to show A-35 extended to St-Armand, but stopping a few km short of the border.)

I might go up there later this month to do my own field check, but will probably not wait for that to add the A-35 extension to TM.

I'm doing outpatient surgery on Monday then taking 2 weeks off afterward for recovery.  I'm looking at popping up to check it out during that two weeks.
