25. On OH 199, US23_Car should be US23_CarS or US23/103.
26. Points at CR591 and CR6 between OH103/199 and US224 would be helpful for shaping purposes as the route goes out of lateral in this area. (also affects OH 199)
27. OH199_N needs to be recentered.
28. PemRd should be 81B(20).
29. OH420 should be 81A(20).
30. Note that on the I-475 concurrency, an interchange is planned to be open at
Dorr St in 2021 according to
Wikipedia. OSM also shows this as an extension of OH 246 west to I-475/US 23 though I am unsure if that is accurate. (See
