OH: US 23 Exit Numbers and Point Concerns

1.   Should OldSciTrl just be SciTrl?
2.   SalCkRd should be WakMouRd (Wakefield Mound Rd).  I am not sure what the current WakMouRd should be.
3.   OH32/OH124 should be OH32/124.
4.   AlmOmeRd should be AlmaOmeRd. (also affects OH 104)
5.   I think that CR166 should become Rozelle Creek Rd (RozCreRd).  (also affects OH 104)
6.   The shaping point north of CouSt should be replaced with a visible point at Little Walnut Rd (LitWalRd).
7.   I-270(52) should be 83.
8.   A point should be added at Greenlawn Ave (GreAve) as it directly connects to I-71.
9.   US33_S should be US33_E.
10.   US62 should be US62/3. (also affects US 33)
11.   On OH 3, US62_E should be changed to US40/62 to match US 23 and US 33.
12.   US33_N should be US33_W or US33/3.
13.   A point should be added at Weber Rd (WebRd) as it directly connects to I-71.
14.   MorRd should be MorRd_E.
15.   HighSt_N needs to be recentered onto the Morse Rd/High St intersection.
16.   Should points be added at Campus View Blvd and Flint Rd due to the express/local set-up on US 23 NB here?
17.   Points should be added at Lewis Center Rd (LewCenRd) and Cheshire Rd (CheRd) for access to Alum Creek State Park.
18.   The shaping point north of OH 750 should be replaced with a visible point at Glenn Pkwy (GlePkwy).
19.   US42 should be US42_S.  (On US 42, US23 should be US23_S.)
20.   On US 42, US36/23 should be US23(114).
21.   A point should be added at Hills-Miller Rd (HilMilRd) to keep the route fully in lateral to the north).
22.   A point should be added at the main entrance to Delaware State Park.
23.   Is OH 423 still concurrent with OH 231 to US 23?  I did not see any signs for OH 423 at the US 23/OH 231 Interchange.
24.   The route goes out of lateral northwest of OH 294.
25.   On OH 199, US23_Car should be US23_CarS or US23/103.
26.   Points at CR591 and CR6 between OH103/199 and US224 would be helpful for shaping purposes as the route goes out of lateral in this area. (also affects OH 199)
27.   OH199_N needs to be recentered.
28.   PemRd should be 81B(20).
29.   OH420 should be 81A(20).
30.   Note that on the I-475 concurrency, an interchange is planned to be open at Dorr St in 2021 according to Wikipedia.  OSM also shows this as an extension of OH 246 west to I-475/US 23 though I am unsure if that is accurate.  (See https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=4178.0)
