The Pomona, CA station (Waypoint 'Pom') is identified as concurrent for Amtrak Sunset Limited, Amtrak Texas Eagle, and Metrolink Riverside Line.  While the Amtrak and Metrolink stops are across from each other (and are connected by a pedestrian bridge), they are not on the same track/route.  Amtrak runs on Union Pacific's Alhambra Subdivision [former Southern Pacific RR] while Metrolink runs on Union Pacific's Los Angeles Subdivision.  The two Union Pacific subdivisions run parallel through downtown Pomona.

Metrolink timetables designate its stop as 'Pomona-Downtown' while Amtrak calls its stop 'Pomona'.

I've put in a pull request for the merger of Amtrak's Capitol Limited and Silver Star into the Floridian (which happened November 10).
