FL: I-4 Express Lanes Interchanges

The only new point needed is at CenPkwy  (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=2017.msg2711803#msg2711803).  I also noticed while watching those videos that GraDr should be changed to GraNatDr.

GoreSt has its own onramp, and 82 gets deleted.
Afterwards, 82A -> 82
82B -> 83_W, 83 -> 83_E? or 83 between the two?
83A -> 84A_W, 83B -> 84A_E with alt 84B_W, 84 -> 84B_E? or get rid of the separate point at Amelia Street since it's primarily signed for SR 50, then 83B -> 84A and 84 -> 84B?

Regarding 81, I think it should be left as-is.  Sadly, somebody is currently using '81A' in their list.  Plus, since going EB you can only directly access Kaley Street, and WB only directly access Michigan Street without using the U-Turn ramp at either underpass, I think it's fine as-is.

Amelia Street Has 3 of 4 possible movements with I-4, I think that justifies keeping it separate from the US-17/US-92/FL-50 interchange ramps.

As for everything else, I was thinking the following way to deal with it.  Any changes would have to be mentioned on the update page, as '82 82A 83 83B' are all in-use.

82 -> GoreSt (& relocated)
82A -> 82 +82A
82B -> 83
83 -> SouSt
83A -> 84A
83B -> 84 +83B
84 -> 84B

At least with the 84 numbering issues, nobody is using '84', thus allowing this tweak putting it between 84A & 84B.

South Street is signed as 83 eastbound, however. The only truthful way to do it is 83_W and 83_E.

Or just merge them together (only a 0.16 mile separation) and make it a centered '83' instead since there's no state route there for graph purposes needing the separate points.  This is probably a better solution here since they do sorta function as 1 interchange.

Yeah, I agree that those labels for exit numbers is a clear no.

So, the only other way I can think of doing 81 (besides the 'no-build') is as follows:

81A -> no change (since in-use)
81B -> 81

Which is probably what I'll do for it.

So, here's the final plan I'm going with so I can get an update pushed for this finally. 

GraDr -> GraNatDr
81A -> stays as-is, as in-use
81B -> 81 +81B
82 -> GoreSt (& relocated slightly from old trumpet interchange location for FL-408)
82A -> 82 +82A (only 1 person was using the 'old' 82 point location, hasn't updated since 2018 via email, so I can justify moving it's location and not having to mention it on the updates page)
82B & 83 -> 83 +82B (merged and centered between Anderson Street/South Street as this is the best solution for this due to them now both having the same exit number)
83A -> 84A +83A
83B -> 84 +83B
84 -> 84B

And yes, added the other new separate Express exit @ CenPkwy.

Also did several minor recenters along the entire Express Lane project (and yes, made sure they stayed synced at the same time with other routes).
